Joe Clarke is founder and lead consultant of Trinity Governance, an AI governance consultancy specialising in EU AI Act readiness and AI literacy programmes. With more than 20 years' experience in security, risk and compliance, including senior roles with IBM, Informatica and Dublin Airport Authority, he helps organisations understand where AI is being used, identify relevant regulatory obligations and implement proportionate governance measures. Joe holds the AIGP, CISM and CISA certifications and specialises in translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for leadership teams and staff.
